Parcel Shipping
You will generally not receive your parcel within 48 hours of payment. Shipping is handled by DHL or FedEx and includes a tracking number, as required by the carrier. DHL Express shipping with delivery confirmation is also available; however, unless you contact the manufacturer beforehand to arrange this method, additional fees will apply. Regardless of the shipping method, please use the online tracking link.
Shipping costs cover handling and postage. Handling fees are reasonable, though delivery times vary based on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. It is not possible to combine computers with different specifications; specific terms apply to each individual computer. Please pay close attention to fragile items upon delivery.
